I'm confident that the work done at E&G will be what I need and not include any BS. Here's why: We got the run-around from a local Chevrolet dealer about two years ago. The dealer told us we need two transmission lines replaced, which was covered by our extended warranty. The service technician said they didn't work with extended warranties, but we could seek reimbursement for the work. E&G was willing to do the warranty work, and they have been the shop for our Traverse since that time. Notably, E&G only replaced one transmission line. The other one was fine. The dealership was apparently trying to earn more money by telling us the repair was more extensive than it actually was. Thus far, E&G has been reliable and their pricing seems to be competitive with other repair facilities. We highly recommend E&G.
